Workout Motivation "CT FLETCHER"

If your new to my blog and are unfamilar with one of my favorite hobbies, it's working out. Weights, body weight, plyometrics, etc. I love that shit!!! Anyway, I'm always on youtube looking to diversify my workouts, basically switch my routines up to shock the muscles and stay from getting bored. The other day I came cross a brother, an older gentelman  6 time powerlifting champion with a wealth of knowledge in the weightlifting arena, charismatic, 100% real and funny ass hell!!! His one-liners are the type of sentences you place on t-shirts (and some of them are) I won't attempt to go into detail about the brother his has enough youtube clips for that, I'll post one. I'll leave you with one of his lines that's my favorite. In the words of "CT Fletcher": "I don't care if your tired, if your stomach ache, the kids crying,  if it's that time of the month,......IT'S STILL YO' MUTHAFUCK'IN SET!!! LOL!!!!!!!

"A Proletarians Window View"

There's duality in everything right? There's thinkers then you have "critical" thinkers. I prefer the latter. Critically "observing" (1) ones surrounding quite a few ciphers will stand out however for this particular build I'll focus on what I call "A Proletarians Window View." There's a diameter (which I'll use a street as the allegorical diameter) between the people who have (finances) and the have-nots. A street call La Cienega is the diameter. Going east from La Cienega is the have-nots and going west from La Cienega is the people who have. Poverty levels in the US is approximately 20k-25k or less yearly income, thus the "have-nots." And the people who "have" yearly income is anywhere from 40k and up. Basically doubling the have-nots yearly income. This disparity is disheartening and also a vivid picture of the "inequality" in the wilderness of North America. I see the have-nots driving "buckets" "old-ass clunkers." The people who have are driving Mercedes, big F150's etc.  And no, I'm not talking about people involved in criminal activities. I'm speaking about the average Joe (or John for that matter) going to work making 55k a year. Now don't misconstrue what I'm saying as if I have blinders on saying Original people are right and exact. Now cipher! The slave mentality is dormant, incubating and rearing it's ugly head incessantly, oblivious to the average "niga." That's another whole build........Back to the topic at hand....The cards are stacked against us. PERIOD! BOTTOMLINE!! Go 5 minutes in either direction, west or east from La Cienega and shit changes drastically. The infrastructure of this country is fashioned in such away the poor will continue to be poor and the rich will continue to be rich. Generational type shit. Company owners passing down their company (financial wealth) to their next generation while the poor folks are passing down drugs and gangs to their (our) next generation.....SMH.....Yes we have a vested interest and a responsibility to the next generation to provide some form of guidance to avoid these proverbial potholes. However the fight/struggle is against a 500 year old devilish muthafuca. One of the answers is to restructure our thought process.... Get out of the habit of being reactionary and get into the habit of being proactive! Again this is "A Proletarians Window View"....................

I have an insatiable appetite for knowledge. Reading, learning is a true pleasure for me. However, I only retain (strive too) viable information that I find able to utilize in some form or fashion. The world renown "fictional" detective, Sherlock Holmes refers to his mind/brain as his brain attic and only beneficial information gets stored in such a sacred place, the mind. My determined idea is to use my most vital resource (mind) and consciously live out mathematics in the tangible sense. I'm a proponent of growth and development which includes one generation building and adding on to what the last generation made manifest. Essentially, getting better with true I master equality. One saying I hear through out the culture is Allah said," if you don't change (grow), you die." That's mathematics! If knowledge doesn't add on (1+1) you won't have wisdom. And if knowledge and wisdom don't add on.....you get no understanding. You have to grow!!! As a Nation, in knowledge, wisdom and understanding. There's a japanese word called "kaizen" which means consistent improvement. Kaizen is a life long journey in the life of the true and living. Who's word is made bond to live out the knowledge build degree (1-40). The art of teaching never falters. It's the unqualified teacher who is unprepared to bare the weighed responsibility of teaching. This job is a lot of ciphers b.u.t easy is not one of them. The mathematical reality of the 5 percent is absolutely right and exact. Teaching isn't for everybody to do. Only the qualify 5 percent (NGE's).

"FACEBOOK WARS" (WTF???)

Facebook is now a typical part of life for some people. I understand the gist of it. Keeping in touch, reach out to love ones that you wouldn't normally be conversing with on a regular. Networking, furthering business endeavors, promotion and a myriad of other positive avenues to take and be gainful while doing it. However this "reality show" spin FB has taken is.........pitiful to say the least. Uncivilized promoting, verbal savagery right after praising the lord and thanking Jesus.....get the fuck outta here.....Now let me clarify, I don't and never have FB. At this point I have no business to promote and if somebody needs to reach me, email or phone. B.u.t I do hear and sometimes see the minutiae. I surmise this is some form of world stage for some and they are seizing this opportunity for their 5 minutes of fame. Social network huh? a bunch of gossiping of meaningless bullshit most of the time (I see anyway). And there's the tough talk....utilizing fighting words on FB like you get brownie points for it....FB warrior? If you were some type of professional fighter and talked shit to promote/pump up a fight, that's more understandable then you average Joe talking shit on FB. I'm of the opinion if there is an issue pick up the phone, arrange a meeting place, eye to eye and settle the differences. B.u.t using FB as my ring/octagon? Now cipher....And seeing Gods and Earths caught up in that "6" is not a good look. We (NGE's) raise above that "6!" Utilizing a platform for beef is indicative of needing to get "pumped up." Disagreements will come and some physical justice will be administered from time to time. However don't let FB be the reason. Temper the FB onslaught. Remember, when you adhere and make your word bond as being a member of this Nation, you are a representative of the "whole" collective at home and aboard.

Wisdom Knowledge.... One's actions are always seen by somebody. Acting in accordance with the culture of I-God our words and actions should be righteous teachings in the science of everything in life. The one's bearing witness to the noteworthy deeds being done, are watching the true and living God/Earth in motion(energy). Now we know it's duality in everything and one's actions could very well be destroy power, 10% bloodsucking snake like the grafted type. And the same principle applies as far as somebody is watching your bloodsucking snake-ass. And if nothing else, if nobody sees you, the divine intelligence, universal mind ALLAH who is YOU will know what your doing isn't right and exact and will die in his/her own iniquity!

KING

What is a king? A person or thing preeminent in it's class (dictionary.com) This very definition epitomizes who the true and living is. I see "king" as a fitting title for God also. King I Now God. 11+9+14+7=41 abbt 5. A kings power should be made manifest through his wisdom (wise words and actions)
That power could be action or non-action. Mental strength could be the required tact. Asserting one's self with physical strength could definitely be a valuable asset as well. The sheer power of the truth is what changes lives. A king has several facets of power that could be utilized. Also by keeping one's word bond (1-14/11) showing integrity that kings must have is an example of his prowess. A king leads by what? By example! Remember the crown of the king is heavy. Meaning responsibility is huge and heavy once you carry said title. As all true and living Gods/Earths know, this is very true in the life of the righteous. So, being a king is very serious and should not be taken lightly nor taken for granted.
